Xiaomi has launched its sub-brand Mi TV P1 TV series in Italy. The company has launched this TV in the market with four screen sizes, which are 32 inches, 43 inches, 50 inches and 55 inches respectively. All of them run on Android. The company has kept almost the same features except the screen in all the TV variants. Only the 32-inch variant is different from the rest of the screen size variants. The company has given 60 Hz standard refresh rate in the Mi TV P1 Android TV series. These TVs are equipped with MediaTek processors in the series along with Google Play Store and built-in Chromecast.
How are the features of the TV: The specifications of all the TVs in the Mi TV P1 series are almost the same, except the 32-inch variant has a slightly different specification. The 32-inch TV works on Android TV 9, while the rest of the variants work on Android TV 10.
The company’s 32-inch model is an HD-ready (1,366×768 pixels) TV, while the rest of the TV models come with a 4K (3,840×2,160 pixels) panel. All models have a standard 60Hz refresh rate and 178-degree viewing angle. The Mi TV P1 series 4K models are equipped with a quad-core MediaTek MT9611 processor, coupled with Mali G52 MP2 GPU. Apart from this, it has 2 GB RAM and 16 GB storage. 4K models have 88 percent NTSC color gamut coverage and 94 percent DCI-P3 coverage.
It has Dolby Vision, HDR10 Plus and HLG support. The 4K models include dual-band Wi-Pie, Bluetooth v5.0, three HDMI ports, two USB ports and an Ethernet port, an optical digital audio out port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Price and Availability: The starting price of Mi TV P1 TV series is around Rs 24,800 in Indian currency. This price is for 32 inch TV of this model. Apart from this, the price of 43 inch TV is around Rs 39,900 in Indian currency. The 50-inch TV costs around Rs 53,200, while its 55-inch model costs around Rs 57,600.
All these price information has been taken from Italy’s online publication Italy 24 News. According to Italy 24 News, the sale of 43-inch and 55-inch models will start in Italy from May 21. At present, Xiaomi has not given any information about the availability of this TV series in India.
