Xiaomi’s Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition has been launched in India. This TV is an upgraded version of the company’s Mi TV 4A 40, which was launched in 2019. The Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition comes with a bezel-less design, which provides a great viewing experience. This smart TV comes with 93.7% screen to body ratio. The company has priced its Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition at Rs 23,999 and today (June 2) the first sale of this TV has been kept, which will start at 12 noon. The TV can be purchased through Flipkart, Mi.com, Mi Studio and Mi Retail partner retail stores.
Talking about launch offers, the Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition will get an instant discount of Rs 1,000 on HDFC bank credit, debit card and EMI transactions. Apart from this, Flipkart is offering an exchange offer of up to Rs 11,000 on buying a new Mi TV in lieu of the old Smart TV.
Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition 40-inch Full HD display has been given, which comes with 1920×1080 pixel resolution and 178 degree viewing angle. This TV has a better version of PatchWall with Android TV 9.0 operating system. Xiaomi’s Vivid Picture Engine (VPE) technology has also been given in Smart TV. It comes with two speakers of 10W each, which produces a total output of 20W stereo sound. Its speakers also include DTS-HD support. It has Mali-450 GPU with quad core Amlogic Cortex-A53 CPU. The TV has up to 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. For connectivity in the TV, WiFi 802.11 b / g / n, Bluetooth v4.2, two USB 2.0 ports, three HDMI ports and 3.5mm headphone jack have been provided.
The TV has a remote control with dedicated keys to access different video streaming platforms.

The smart TV also comes with a pre-loaded Mi Quick Wake, which can turn the TV on in less than five seconds. With the help of Mi Home app, your Mi Smart TV devices can be controlled. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, two USB 2.0 ports, three HDMI ports, an Ethernet port, S/PDIF and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
