Through innovation, Kajal’s company is now teaching technology like robotics, automation to the students in the country’s renowned schools-colleges and institutions.
Kajal says that she had no business experience. Father used to run a panthela. The father wanted to educate the children a lot, was money-loving. But there was insistence on studies, so after teaching in the Zilla Parishad school till the fourth class, he got admitted in Manutai Girls School located four kilometers away. Girls are not charged here. Kajal had to walk daily to reach the school. The income was not much, so there came a time when he had to work as a recurring agent of a private bank.
Doordarshan’s robot show became the turning point of lifeThe turning point of Kajal’s life came when she saw a robot show on Doordarshan. Then what was it, Kajal also decided to make a robot. Kajal got admission in electronics in Polytechnic and started fulfilling the goal of robot. During this time his family got into trouble. Father became unemployed. There was no way to even pay the polytechnic fees. Nevertheless, the father somehow arranged the loan and got him enrolled in the engineering college. Then Kajal prepared the syllabus for the new technology and went to the colleges of Pune and shared it with the students. Here there was failure but did not give up. After returning to Akola, somehow she started taking out her expenses from sporadic work. Along with this, in the time remaining from coaching etc., she kept on learning robotics through internet.
