Some working rules are changing for Government of India employees from tomorrow. The government has issued new guidelines related to these rules. These are for officers of the rank of new Under Secretary and above. According to the new rule, instructions have been given to come to the office on all working days from June 16 to June 30. The special thing is that these rules are not for Divyang and pregnant women staff, these people can continue working from home. Earlier this month, Union Minister Jitendra Singh had said that the ‘flexi’ attendance option for central government employees was extended till June 15.
The new rule is applicable for all ministries and departments
According to the new rule of the government, now 50% of the officers below the level of Under Secretary in the government office will be present in the office on all working days and the remaining 50% of the officers will work from home. This order of the government is applicable for all ministries and departments.
Government made new shift for employees
>> According to the guidelines, the first shift will be from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
>> The second shift is from 9:30 am to 6 pm.

In the new rules, all the employees have been told that it is necessary to strictly follow the rules related to Corona. Employees have been asked to frequently wash hands, sanitize, wear masks, follow social distancing. The government said that any laxity in this regard would be taken seriously. Along with this, employees will be called in different shifts to avoid overcrowding in the office. At the same time, all the officers living in the Containment Zone will have to work from home until that area comes out of the Containment Zone.
