But if your PAN card is lost or you have forgotten to keep it somewhere, then there is no need to worry. You can easily download your e-PAN card from the new website of Income Tax. Let’s know the whole process
Process to download e-PAN from PAN number
1- Income Tax website incometax.gov.in Login to
2- Click on ‘Our Services’ on the far left.
3- Click on ‘Instant E PAN’
4- Click on ‘New E PAN’.
5- If you do not remember the PAN number, then enter your Aadhaar number.
6- Read all the terms and conditions carefully then click on ‘Accept’.
7- OTP will come on the registered mobile number, write it.
8- After reading all your details carefully, ‘Confirm’.
9- Your PAN will be sent in PDF format on your email id. From there you can download.
Even if you do not remember your PAN number, you can download e-PAN card with the help of Aadhar card. But in this situation it is necessary to link PAN card and Aadhar card. Otherwise, you will not be able to download e-PAN.
