PUBG Mobile has finally been updated with the new Karakin Map, which will replace the Vikendi Map. The company announced the arrival of Karakin Map in PUBG Mobile in a tweet. In the tweet, PUBG Mobile said, ‘This is not a prank – our brand new map KARAKIN is officially LIVE! Kindly give a warm welcome to our unofficial tour guide.’
The new 2×2 map will have short duration matches and only 64 players in a match. This map is based on the theme of Miramar desert locations and North Africa. Karakin Map is already available globally for the PC version of the game, but its mobile version has only just launched.
Ahead of the launch, the company made several tweets confirming the official launch of Karakin Map for PUBG Mobile on April 7, 2021. The company wrote in a tweet this week, ‘Get ready to parachute on 4/7 in our hottest map ever.’

PUBG Mobile New Update: Karakin Map Features
– Karakin is a small 2×2 map that is about half the size of Sanhok, players will have to be prepared for a fast-paced battle. In addition, players will have fewer hiding places, including large boulders and bunkers, which means players will have to change positions frequently.
– The most important feature of Karakin Map is Demolition Zone, which will change the layout with every match. As soon as the siren is sounded, this zone will suddenly start bombing, interestingly, players will die even if they are hidden inside a building, which was not the case with the Red Zone in other maps in PUBG Mobile.
One feature is sticky bombs, which can also be used to break walls. Therefore, if the players hide behind the walls in this, then they can be killed there too.
– Players will be able to shoot even through thin walls in the Karakin map.
